Just wondering if any of u guys have a good 8 week workout plan for building mass and strength!!
this is my routine:
Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Calves
Day 2: Back, Shoulders, Forearms, Abs
Day 3: Quads, Hams, Calves
Day 4: Yoga/Stretching, Abs (basically a resting day)
REPEAT
I try to incorporate Cardio everyday (at least 30-45 minutes), but somedays after legs, I simply cant. I may start using pool at my apartment to overcome that.
