Clothes tighter after 7 days! Upset!

I am eating better and also no sugar- and was cardio on my bike 4 x's this past week for 40 minutes each time--and walked my dog 2x's a day for at least 20-30 minutes each time-- including a speed walking cardio and some hand weights---AND MY SHORTS ARE SNUG! TIGHT! and I did not put them in the dryer either! I feel like I am getting BIGGER! I want to get smaller! I started with 1 unit in the am then went to .5 since I read so many of you say start slow------ANY REASON my PANTS are TIGHTER???? please!!!

Its probably water retention. Some women can't take 1 iu of gh due to the sides. You need to start doing some real weight training. It becomes more and more important the older a person gets. hand weights aren't going to cut it. Also don't expect GH to be wonder drug. It works well for what it is but will not work miracles. Are you under Dr. supervision while using this gh or are you self medicating?

My girlfriend loved the benefits she got while on hgh, she has however stopped using it due to the bloat she just couldn't seem to get rid of. An extremely experienced trainer for fitness models told her that she either had to stop the hgh or accept the bloat. She has however said that when she reaches 40 she plans to go back on for life.

There water retention with HGH. Give it some time for the body to get acclimated to HGH. Stay at the low dosage for a while and give it some time.
