22 % fat
Been lifting for over 4 years (after a 20 year break) Was in my 20's and mid
30's was in the 170's at 6% fat.
Have done some cycles of PH's TREN, MMA, Primabol, mild PH's.
I train 5 days a week weights and on weekends cardio.
Curently on vacation in South America came across Deca Durabolin 50 mg/mL.
I'm curious what would be a good cycle as far as dosage/ lenght/ time.
The instructions inside the box read a 50 mg/ every 2 weeks (don't say for how long) but doing research for men is recommended 300 mgs for 8 weeks...any opinions would be appreciated. Had my wife inject me last night to see if I had any reactions before I buy some to take back home.
I have access to a local gym if that's suggested but I was planing on just eating some local healthy food that I missed for so many years and give my body a break.
