Thread: Which one of these cycles would be a good beginner cycle with what I have?

    Which one of these cycles would be a good beginner cycle with what I have?

    I have Test-e and Deca.

    Should I do 400 mg or 500 mg of TEST-E a week? Should I divide it up into 2 shots a week?

    Also, how much of the deca should I use? My guy told me 250 of test and deca per week. But I've been reading on all kinds of cycles and stuff from various websites, so now my mind is wondering. Your help is very much appreciated.

    I just got done with college sports and am now free to do whatever. I'm not a total noob about steroids, but with something that is this big of a deal, I want to do it right. ya know?

    First cycle test e. If all goes well, next cycle can be test and deca. What are your stats and goals?

    I'm 6'3", 190-195. I played receiver the past 4 years in college. I've gotten up to 200 before, but I couldn't keep it on once the season started. I've never been "huge" or "ripped", I've been just average LOOKING, but with a good set of skills. Ya know?

    My goals for now are to put on as much muscle weight as possible and increase all my lifts. Use gear for about a year and then get clean and hopefully have a tryout with a team after that. I'm not into looking all hot with a 6 pack or veins everywhere. I need to be bigger if I want to make it at the next level, whether that be arena, cfl, nfl, etc etc.

    I hate to hoe your thread but I would also like to know the best way to PCT for a 12wk cycle after the first cycle of test E....

    then how about taking a moment to read the stickies in the pct section considering your question is answered many, many times instead of hijacking someone's thread?

    first cycles are typically long ester test such as e or c, 400 to 500mg/week for 10 to 12 weeks. it's hard to say for sure where you should start as some respond well to a lower dose and some require more for the same results. many jump straight to 500mg/week for 12 weeks and are typically pleased provided diet and training are in check and a good pct follows

    So, in your opinion, how much of just Test should I do and for how long.

    I'm on my first cycle and have been using Test E for the past 4 weeks. Like you I considered using Test E and Deca but knowledgeable and experienced members on this forum advised me to run just with Test E. I trained naturally for 10 years and have hit a plateau. I am extremely happy with the results and I feel like a million bucks.

    I strongly suggest you take the very good advice given here and run with it

    PS. I'm 6'4 and 235lbs so my height is very close to yours. I take 500mg split in 2 shots 3 days apart. So 500mg should be max for you.

    I think you need to check your diet as there is likely room for improvement, 500mg/week test e split into 2 injections/week for 10 to 12 weeks should be fine.

    You should be 210+ lbs naturally before even considering doing a cycle.

    I didn't ignore anything. I've got my diet in check. I'm a college athlete/was one...I know how to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, how many carbs, how much protein...I'm not a dumb kid who has the hook up for some roids.

    Trust me, I don't want to do them in the first place, but I need them. I'm not a body builder, I'm not an abercrombie wanna be.

    I know that I could shoot up with all the steroids in the world, but if I don't eat right then I'd be shooting for nothing.

    Just because you can play madden or FIFA doesn't mean you're good at those sports in real life or that you know all the rules.

    I'm here trying to learn how to play the game and learn the rules.

    IF your diet is in check NOW then give it a while, 6 months or more to gain some weight naturally because you are under weight now and it's due to not eating right.

    Most of us have been there/where you are and we where 100% it was because we where hard gainers. No it was diet. 99.99% of us it's always diet no matter what we think. Just like obese people who say it's a thyroid problem. LOL

    I bet 10 years from now you will look back and say/think you where a dumb kid. Anyone who doesn't is still stupid and hasn't learned anything.
