I am 6'2" 165lbs. I have been working out on and off since high school. I am a senior in college now. I got real serious about getting big during the last 3 months.
-2 hours a day/5 days a week in the gym.
-I take jackd3d as pre workout, a post workout supp with creatine, and alot of protein,
-I also take Intramax as a way to get all the stuff my body needs
I have a super small frame which makes it incredibly easy for me to get super cut. People ask me in the gym all the time if I am taking winstrol b/c of the veins and obvious definition. I tryed for a very long time to get big and always convinced myself that I could not because of my high metabolism and small frame. Only when I started going to the gym 5 days a week for an 1.5 hrs or more did I start to see the results I wanted. It didnt happen very fast though.
The hardest part for me is that the guys I work out with have much bigger muscles than I do but we lift the same weight. I dont think this can be avoided unless I take alot of steroids but I dont care. I have learned to embrace my body type for a couple reasons: very cut up all the time, very little mass to carry around, and much stronger than I look
I want that next level of mass so I decided that I will take deca and a 5 layer testosterone. I was going to take winstrol as well b/c thats what all my friends did but I decided that I really didnt need the extra cutting.
