I am on day 4 of my M1T cycle of 10 mg a day. I will up it to 20 mg a day in the second week and assess my progress there after to see if an increase in mg would be beneficial to me.
I am wanting to throw in either T3 or Clen starting the second week of my M1T cycle.
I am leaning towards T3 as I know more about it but am wondering which one would work better to cut my fat down. I have gyno but it is the one cause my fat not the one where I would need surgery. This is why I am trying to take T3 or clen to aid me. I took M1T because I have heard just taking T3 would cause muscle loss and am hoping I can somewhat combat it with M1T.
What do you guys think about this.
I was thinking about doing the T3 at 25mcg for the first couple days than upping it to 50 and if needed upping it to 75 or 100. Is there a certain feeling I should get to know its working?
How long should I take the T3 for? 5-6 weeks?
Should I take clen and scrap the whole T3 idea?
