Hey everyone, new member here! I have ran a couple cycles of PH's in the past year and have decided to get serious with injecting. I have studied Ronnie's STS sticky here and I think it is one hell of a logical system and having been making a list, checking it twice, and I think I have quite the cycle designed for my first.
I have attached a .pdf of what I plan to do. The 1st cycle is straight Test E @ 500mgs with Arimidex eod at .25mgs for 8 weeks.
Next comes the deload dropping test down to 250mgs and keeping arimidex the same for weeks 9 and 10.
The next cycle, weeks 11- 18, starts the same as the first but with the added dbol at 20mgs ed for the first 4 weeks, then switching to winny at 60mgs for the last 4 weeks of the 2nd reload all while test is at 500mgs and arimidex is at .25mg eod.
Then again, another deload the same as the first for 2 weeks completing the 20 week blast.
Full blown PCT starts immediately with HCG at 2500ius each week for 2 weeks dosed eod, Clomid and Nolva ran with it but extended to 4 weeks.
So there it is, just curious what you guys think. Goal is to gain about 15lbs while keeping body fat under 10%.

Age: 23
Height: 5'10"
Current weight: 175lbs

Diet: Very Clean!
Some more specific goals:
Keep waist under 32 inches
Get arms over 16 inches cold (been stuck at 15 flexed for a while now)
Develop caps on delts and bring out definition in my quads.

Ronnie advised to not start arimidex until week 3 as a method of front loading with estorgen to increase androgen receptor sites, and he recommended to drop winny and run dbol the whole 8 weeks of reload 2. I updated the pdf for anyone wanting to see it on paper.
