I was just wondering if doing to cycles in a year is ok or not? Should you wait longer?

You mean Two (2) cycles? It depends on everything as usual.
Your Age:
experience:
You physical condition:
The cycle:
Your cycle experience?
It's OK for some people to do 3 or?
It's not OK for some people to do ANY
What are your stats?
I am 32
5'8
209
been lifting 10 years
4cycles
I would be doing D-bol,Test-E,Deca for 10 to 12 weeks.
depends on the lenght of the cycle..
a basic rule some people go for is, off period should be as long as the cycle period+pct...
so 3 month cycle, 1 month pct = 4 months off period...
Yup, basic rule of thumb as stated above.
If stats are correct looks OK. What is your planned PCT?
Body fat is currently ?
10 years training to one person is not the same to another if you know what I mean.... My 2 1/2 years training is more than most people 10+ years. If I count when i started working out it would be 30 years training but there is a 15 year gap in between. LOL
I have never done PCT after a cycle eitherGoing to be doing it the first time with my next cycle.
How were your gains after a cycle not using a pct? Whats the reason for not running a pct ever?
2x cycles a year is generally what most do... Alot will tend to do say a winter bulk and cut for summer...
You look a little thicker for sure. Nice tat man.... Im trying to save up some dough to do a full sleave
hey man, I love going out drinking as well but if you are going to run an oral like dbol, it is not a good idea to drink while on it. Dbol is very bad for your liver and combined with booze? forget it. I try not to drink much on any cycle just so I can make the most of my gains
either you dont drink the 3-5 weeks you run the dbol or you just dont use dbol at all
and pct should be
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50
If you care about recovering then gauge the cycles by that goal, recovery.
If you are cycling to cycle then it really does not matter.
You are approaching an age which you have the option of hrt or trt. Eventually you will not recover.
SOooooO it all matters on your goal(s).
Im not a fan of the "rule of thumb" of cycle length+pct (which is always 4 weeks for some reason?)= time off. You have to play it some by ear, and hopefully have bloodwork to back that up. Longer esters should take even more time off ideally and then we have recovery variances, of which age is a big factor....but to answer your question its fine to do two cycles a year. Actually thats pretty standard. I wouldnt use the same AAS both times tho, and maybe have only one liver toxic (tren, orals).
Agreed with powerliftmike, more important than the rule of thumb time on = time off is your blood work. Get it done
As for the sex drive.... that is what PCT is about to get your NATURAL test levels back to normal or you may loose your sex drive all together along with your gains because your natural test will stop working or since it already stopped due to cycle it wont start working again.
You need to read up on PCT in the sticky notes above before thinking about doing amy more cycles and get your blood work done soon.
GotchaThanks for all the help fellas. I am going to ar-r to place a order so I can start doing some test.
everyone tells you how important pct is but i have not read anywhere what the minimum pct should be. say you did a light amount of test and d-bol
