Hi guys, I am from Hawaii and have been hitting the gym for the past 3.5 years. I am 19 years old, 155 pounds and 5'7'' tall. Lately I have been making some good gains in my workouts by reading, dieting and learning more about bodybuilding. Before any of you guys begin to object about me taking steroids at a young age, consider this, I have gotten a blood work and it turns out my test levels are very low, pretty much on the low end of the average of what someone my age should have. My doctor is not helping me out at all in helping me boost my test (my doctor is a woman... go figure) so I figure I should do something about it and need help in doing so.
My lifts right now are
Bench press: 215 x 6
Military press: 155 x 4
Dead lift: 215 x 6
Squat: 215 x 6
