Has anyone (referring to younger members) have had success with this protocol of 10IU right after post workout 3 Days a week?
im not younger. 33. but i have just changed my hgh pinning to 10iu post workout three days a week, and the other two days i hit the gym i do 5iu hgh before cardio.
sat and sunday off.
only been doing this for about two weeks. i like it so far. but it could be placebo
Your body releases hgh is small spirts through out the day, but two times a day you get a big release from the pituatary: one is at night when you first fall into rem sleep, the other is after you have a strenious workout.
It is then not recomended to take your hgh during either one of these times because your robbing yourself of the natural hgh you would be getting.
Take your hgh first thing in the morning. And I would split that up into two doses, once in the morning and again about 3 or 4 pm. Just work around your workouts.

Yeah I have done that but if I do 2 IUs in the morning I am usually tired throughout the day.
Well then I would consider dosing in the evening or lunch depending on when you train. All I saying is there is a negitave feedback system build into your body, if you use your hgh after you train then your missing out on the natural hgh you would get!
gotcha. Is there anyway to go around the negative feedback in your system.
No, good news about hgh is that your bodies natural production only temporarly shuts down and comes right back, in just hours, I think. Unlike AAS where you shut down hard and have to do a PCT to bring it back.
Also, you would be better served to lower the dose and go to 5 to 7 days a week.
