Friends and people I work out at my gym are accusing me of taking synthol in my arms but that is not the case, I just hammer my bi's 2 times a week for that peek everyone is trying to achieve. My arms do not look very big when relaxed but then when I flex it grows like double the size. I try and tell them if I were they would not be getting bigger if I flexed but they don't belive me. What do you think should I slow down on the arm work outs to one day a week.
