??Nolva and HCG Dosage??

So Im preparing my pct I am currently at
500mg/wk Sustaplex 325
400mg/wk Triniplex 200

and Im proposing
1500iu/4th or 5th day HCG
and 20 ed for 4 weeks Nolva

Am I close?

I would use the hcg on cycle, not pct.
for pct I would use
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20
