i want to cut down to 220 and be ripped... but i dont want to take a cycle to gain weight... i need a cutting cycle.. i hit the gym 5 days a week, do cardio from time to time but if on cycle id be doing it atleast 3-4 times a week... and my diet needs work but again if on cycle id make sure diet is clean
