Hello guys, I know its pretty retarded, just pinned myself with a needle but cant handle these capsules, no joke. The question is, can I open it and drink the powder mixed in a glass of water or whatever other liquid? Thanks.

Yup, no problem.

Some of the powder will tend to stick to the walls of the cup and you wouldn't notice it. Something to be aware of if you do this.
