What are your stats?
x2 on the stats
Age?
weight?
height?
Bf%
30 years old 6ft and 189 pounds not looking to bulk up to much just abit with some definition
Have you tried food? im 5'6 and 180pounds...(natural)
Obv your diet isnt quite cutting it.
You need food. There is no short-cut. Also you should read this site about them chemicals you are considering putting into your body. Its good to know a little about them.
PS Deca is terrible for a first cycle. If you can trade the Test P for Test E that'd mean you dont need to pin yourself EOD (every other day)
I have tryed food and alot of hours in the gym. iv been thinking about this for a few years and iv made up my mind to start a cycle in the next few months just need a bit of info thanks.
can you think of any nandrolone based that would go with sustanon on a first cycle
In this thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=433168 and I quote above your 165lbs at 6ft 1" which was yesterday now your 189lbs hahahah. why on earth are you lying? shall i tell you? because you will get the same answers as yesterday which are DO NOT CYCLE YOUR NEED FOOD NOT STEROIDS.
Jesus man whats wrong with you coming on here trying to pass yourself off as something else? do you have any idea what you look like now? do you think anyone will give you a straight answer?
Heh.
Dude, do yourself a favour and check out the diet section. You may be a hard gainer but that just means you need to eat more! Once your body is used to 4 solid meals a day and snacks bump it up to 5. Like weights, thats how I looked at it.
You can read the posts here in silence and work yourself out the PERFECT cycle. But if youre not eating you will only put on water retention and once you stop the cycle you will piss it all away. And probably cause injury to your tendons etc.
sorrry marcus but i just got eat more food from people and iv been thinking of doing this for a while and have the gear now so i need advice about the gear not my diet
First off your lying about your weight to get advice on about someone who isnt you!
The correct way to do this is to fix your diet because your diet is rubbish, you dont do a cycle because you got the gear, how old are you 12yrs old?
You are way to light to even consider cycling, so get that out of your head, you need food for the next 18months at least and hardwork in the gym, steroids will do nothing for you if you cant gain weight naturally.
You also come on here lying your tits off and your wasting everyones time and effect, go away and eat for god sake, your a fraud and have no idea what your doing.
Dont apologize to marcus. He's just trying to help you from hurting yourself.
Gear can sit in a drawer for 3 years if need be. Its not like milkYou may have been thinking about this but you havent been preparing for it. Youre not going to get defined or anything on air.
Thanks ThatGuyYeahHim
I am a hard gainer myself. Been trying to get big since I was 16. At Uni learned how to lift and eat (not 100% correct but it was a big step in right direction). I went from 120odd pounds to 180 naturally.
Not overnight, Not in a year.. not in 5 years. It took 10. Im not saying you need to train and eat for 10 years but you need a foundation to build on. Stronger foundation, bigger you can build!
alright thank ill take that advice marcus but you know why i changed my stats because i could not get a straight answer even for a year down the line
At what weight should i start a cycle if im 6f1
Glad to hear it man. Your body will thank you. In the meantime read this site... lots of valuable info shared.
Marcus has seen/heard it all and his advice was solid. He may not have provided it to you in the form you learn best but we all learn differently and he isnt here to spoon fed you.
Thats an impossible question to answer max.
But Id spend the next 12 months at least just EATING and training. Like I said, smash 4 solid meals a day, include some healthy snacks (nuts, fruit, sandwiches) (2-3 sandwiches is NOT a meal) then up it to 5 meals and drop the snacks. Then start inc. snacks again into 5 meals. If youre a hard gainer you can sneak some junk in there too (but not too much!)
After a year see how youre looking. If after 2 months you dont notice some difference you should get back to us. Could be your training. (Some dudes only spend like 20-30 mins in gym, or only use machines, or even just SIT for 20 mins between sets on machines) But otherwise you'll start to see results which will motivate you. Then 12 months later you should have a solid base at least to work with.
Alright ill do that and hopefully be back in a year or so to ask the same question.
Thanks.
Thanks ThatGuyYeahHim you have been very helpfull
You dont want to listen to his diet advice: please go to the diet section and post your exact diet and we will re-design it to suit your needs: you need to start eating like a bodybuilder if you want to be one, 6 meals per day at least which consist off your required amounts of carbs,Protein and fats.
alright thanks marcus ill go to the diet section now.
