    What would be an ideal cycle for me?

    I'm about 5'11-6 weighing in at about 175 10% bf right now. I'm not looking to put on too much mass because I am going for more of a sports model aesthetic look. I'm looking to maybe put on 5 lbs of lean muscle, while trying to lower my body fat. This would be my first cycle. I have done my research and it says for beginners to maybe start off with just running like 400 mg of test alone for 8-12 weeks. Will this "bulk" me up though? looking to add 5-10 lbs of weight no more, just to get more lean.

    You look great bro. But if your going for that sports model look and only want to gain 5-10 just up the caloires no need to use gear. 175 is super light for a 6 footer. I say you already have the look and i am assuming you know a thing or two about diet just adust your macros and grow.

    You can achieve your results on a strict diet with less sides and the gains would be more maintainable. Your goal doesn't require drugs.

    What do you guys suggest to get down to like 7-8% without sacrficing much weight?

    well you need to decide what you want first you wrote that you want to gain a few lbs. If i was you i would make my goal to hit 190 then once i got there, i would cut using ephedrine or clen with a nice diet and strict cardio regiment and you could lower then fat a great amount and keep prob a solid amount that you put on and drop bf%.

    I honestly don't see how you only weigh 175lbs. Do you have no lower body? lol

    And for your goals, I believe an 8 week cycle of Anavar would fit the bill perfectly. Maybe 50mg/day.
    If you can't afford that, Turinabol would work too, but it may build more mass and not lean you out as much (though this all diet-dependent).
    IMO, these are about the only two compounds that can be run without test, if need be.

    Oh, and I wouldn't post pics with my face in them on an AAS forum (especially if you actually go to Penn State).

    weigh about 175-180, fluctuates.. you think anavar would keep me as lean if not leaner and add a couple lbs of mass?

    Food can do that without suppressing your natural testosterone production in the process. But hey, it's your body.

    Yeah, it has good recomp abilities with minimal sides. Some guys get ED issues from it, but it isn't so much from the HPTA suppression (which is fairly low). You could add in some DHEA if you get lethargy or libido issues.
    If you were looking to use AAS for bodybuilding or the like, I would recommend test first, but Anavar would suit your specific goal better.
    PCT would be a breeze. I'd stick with 20mg of Nolva for 4 weeks.

    I can tell. Your picture speaks of this. Just trying to educate you before you make any rash decisions. These are drugs, whether they are considered mild by others or not, if you can achieve your goals without the use of them, take that road instead.

    If you're looking to add only 5-10 pounds, then you can definitely do that w/o gear. Judging by your photo, you spend some time in the gym so telling you about training differently is probably a moot point.

    If you run test by itself and eat as much as you should on a cycle, you will probably gain more than your target amount and get a puffier look. Not sure if you want to do that.
