Hi, I would like to get everyone's opinions on th following:

A: How do you think my progress is coming along? This is my 8 weeks progress point.

B: What would you estimate my bf% at?? 8 weeks ago I was 15-16%

i find that most people do not really know what 10% looks like. and yes keep up the good work!

id say around 12% mark, people always under estimate body fat, the main thing is your definatly not up near the 15-17% mark, if you really want to know go get skinfolds done.

Thanks everyone. I haven't tried to bulk at all during the 8 weeks, just strictly cutting (I'm running a 400 calorie deficit from my TDEE) so I'm very happy that I've actually gained 12 pounds as well as dropped some bf%. My goal is to get under 10% in the next 4-6 weeks, and I don't really care about the overall weight on the scale right now, I just don't really wanna drop below 180. Do you guys think this is a realistic goal? I will post up my before pics later if anyone cares lol
