been off for almost 3 months now....hell of a hard time keeping any gains, but i have started gaining natural now. i'm not even taking supplements anymore, i've decided to give it a go like this...see how far i can push my body in the next 6 months without anything. i;ve been under a lot of stress this week (death in the family and gf left me) so i lost about 6 pounds...this way i;ve discovered how bad it is to lose 6 pounds of real muscle vs losing 6 pounds of mostly water on-cycle.
anyways...here goes. lot smaller than i used to be, but a bit tighter (i also got fatter this last week because of the stess and i lost my striations)
