    hi

    Hi, coming to you from EF. Been using this site for helping out with research and information on injury and rehab.
    Thought it was time to register and contribute to the forum here....so here I am.
    I'm in my mid 30's who's currently recovering from shoulder surgery. I'm looking forward to all the help and thank all of you who have contributed information.

    Its good to be here...

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
