    Sup Bros?

Glad to be here, love the wealth of knowledge. Here's some info about me:

    22 yrs old
    5'9
    175-180
    10-12%
Years training: 3-4 but only properly and consistently for about 10 months
Cycle experience: 12 week cycle of 500 Test E + 40mg Dbol for 4 weeks mid cycle

Diet: Need to lock this down, I don't usually eat enough for my goals. Staple foods-
Sweet potatoes, cage free eggs, steak, turkey, greek yogurt, fruit, skim milk, virgin coconut oil, green vegetables, ezekial bread, grass fed butter

Training: 3-4 days/week, 6-10 sets/ bodypart, rep range: 6-20. Typically try to lift heavy and do real damage (reps around 6-9), then do some higher reps (around 14-20) for a nice pump. I take around 1.5 minutes between sets for the heavy ones, maybe 45 seconds for the pump sets.

    W1-
chest: db presses, db flys, pushups to failure
tris: tri pushdown on cable machine, skullcrushers, close grip pushups to failure

    W2-
Back: pullups, bb rows, lat p/d
bis: bb curls, concentration curls w/forced rep negatives when exhausted, pushups to failure

    W3-
    legs: squats, leg extensions

    W4-
shoulders- standing db presses, single side lat db raises, upright rows
calves- seated calves (2 sets heavy for 20, 1 set lighter for 30-40)

Goal: Lean 200 lbs held indefinitely
Cycle plans: In PCT now, planning to run Test/EQ/Anadrol starting October

Off to the gym now, will upload pics from after the workout when I return

Hi Matt, thank you for your generic and repetitive greeting. I'm sure you get a lot of people on here who don't bother, but I've already read the stickies in all of the forums. Good info, hence my investment in an account.

    Pics as promised:
    Legs coming tomorrow

    Cheers!

you are 19.5 years old? imho, you are too young for aas. It's not about training experience, it's about how old your body is. Your body is physiologically not ready. The general consensus here is to wait until you are 25. Finish your PCT, but do not make a go of it in October.

    Anyone agree with me?
