I've been reading and researching for the past 10 months just trying to gain as much knowledge as i can
Age:19
Height:6ft 3
Weight: 211 pounds
bf%: not sure, though i can slightly see my upper abs does that mean anything???
Cycle experience: none
Pct Knowledge: quite good(as in at least i know they exist compared to some posts ive read haha)

ive been working out consistently for the past 2.5 years, though have only been serious for the past year or so. Since graduating school (5 months ago) i have been able to pick up the intensity and have gained around 18 lbs. i have really payed alot of attention to my diet as well which is where that weight gain has come from and i think i know pretty well how my body reacts to different foods and how much i eat.

i work out 3-4 times a week, and recently have been changing every couple of weeks from 4-6 reps to 8-10 reps to 10-15 reps.

i was wondering if someone could help critique a diet im thinking about starting. My goal on this diet is to gain as much size and mass as i can im not to worried about fat gain
