ok guys I'm 21 and i've been lifting since i was about 15 and have never really gotten many results. I am 6'2'' and weigh 175 i am between 6-8% body fat. what supplement would you guys suggest i start with. I don't think i want to take testosterone because im not looking to fill up with water weight. i have been reading the internet for days and days and just don't know where to start!
