    Arrow started my first cycle, day 1 PICS- critique

    1 – 4 Superdrol 10mg ED (started today)
    1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk (started today)
    1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED ( don’t have it just yet)

    Training ( will add routine in a day)
    Diet
    Meal 1) 7 00am shake from whey (=50g Pro/2g Fat/+ 6g Carbs 240 Cals including below
    2/3 cup of oats (240Cals 40carbs 4g fat 8g pro) + 3 frozen strawberries +Cup of milk
    Total = 58 Pro, 10Fat 46Carbs, 480 cals
    Meal 2 730am 200g of boneless skinless chicken breast or
    instead 2 egg western w/cheese milk (240 cal+ 17 Pro fat 28G) with a small 100 g chicken breast(15g pro 0f 0carb 70cals)

    Total from this meal 310 cals 72g protein 26g fat 46 carbs

    830 am snack Protein shake (55g Pro+2g Fat+ 6g Carbs 240 Calories from Protein ON gold standards) + banana (108 cals 27.65gcarbs 1gpro)
    OR
    Same protein shake and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese (240 cal+ 17 Pro fat ?)
    Meal 3 1030am 230gm of boneless chicken breast (45Pro 2g Fat 0gCarb 160 cal) + a small sized sweet potato. (Cals 130 carbs 63.19g Fat 0.39 g Protein 4 g)

    Total 280 cals 49g protein carbs 63g 0.39 fat
    I will eat more chicken. As I now have 25lbs of it.

    Meal 4) Lunch at 12 same as meal 3 but less potatoe
    chicken (45Pro 2g Fat 0gCarb 160 cal) + sweet potatoe(100cal 40gCarbs 2 pro)
    Total 47gPro 40G carbs 1G fat 260Cal ( need more fat? What could I eat)
    I’m at 1678 cals, 224g protein 143g carbs 45g fat. Should I add some PB
    Going to bed. Will finish this diet plan within 24h.

    My 2 other meals meals are basically going to be white pasta(85g = 300Cal 1gF, 11g Pro, 63gCarbs and sause and Mostly chicken andlean ground beef. tuna (no more than 60g) with hot sause, Pollock ( and mixed veggies with a bit of salsa.

    potato and shake pre and post workout.
    Cottage cheese/ or casein pro before bed

    Most of my protein will come from chicken
    I’m going for 40P 20 20 2500. Correct me here please. will drink 1 to 1.5 gal of water day.Correct me here please. I wan't to have a dead on diet for this cycle I have started.
    I'v been priming and leaning up before this cycle.


    STATS: 5’6 9.7% BF 158lbs, First cycle. Already started.

    Goals
    Gain more mass, as much as possible, but more in my chest and legs.
    I have plenty of pics from day 1 and plan on Updated pics weekly.

    I see some stats, but not your age?? How old are you?


    Your diet is difficult to read. It looks like you're around 2500 cals? From what I see you need to double your carb intake at a minimum if you want to add mass. Have you taken SD before? I would double the dose to 20mg ED.

    I'm 23. This is my first time taking SD and test e. I will correct my diet later today.

    You do have a base. If I had to pick a weak point, it would be pecs. Good idea to post pics.

    I personally like SD, used it a few times in the past. Should be a very productive cycle if you have your diet and training on point.

    Is there anything I can do to become more proportionate while on this cycle. at work right now. Any routine suggestions. I was thinking hitting chest twice a week for a while 1 light day and the other heavy for a while.

    Is that realistic. I was planing on sticking to my basic routine (which i will post later)

    I took a 5 days off before cycle and have been doing the "deload" portion of the slingshot training for the 3 weeks with lower volume. So I'm increasing the volume today for my routine.

    I want to get the most that I can out of this and I really would appreciate any support/suggestions or even negative feedback.

    What sort of superdrol?
    The pre-ban, or post ban stuff? Also what manuf. if you don't mind my asking.

    I once ran Test E for 10 weeks with The 19-nor tren prohormone and I was astounded at all of the sides. Also the inconsistancies from manuf. to manuf. are quite noticeable as well. (I tried CEL, Tren X-treme, AND T roid preparations)

    In summary I've sworn off the pros all together. I'd love to know how the sides for your superdrol kick-off treat you. Please keep me posted.

    At this point in your bodybuilding career, It'd say nearly everything is your weak spot. (I don't mean that in any derogatory manner, I think you've got a good amount of muscle ready to be matured) Train hard and symmetrically and see what comes out where. Then reassess and fill in the weak spots. Remember your heavy core lifts will make you grow symmetrically. Use time under tension to your advantage. Although you always have to be wary of overtraining, your body will be able to heal and repair much more rapidly over the next 10 weeks.

    also, Leg shots? If your legs aren't where you want them to be, better get squatting. Top Heavy = major hole in your game.

    I'm up 6lbs. I'm going to start taking 20mg of SD ED now. Take one when i wake up and one 7 hours later.

    My glute is still really sore from the first shot that I took Monday. I know its normal but how long till it goes away.

    I injected about 1inch 1/4 into the muscle.

    Stregth and pumps are great.

    I'm off tomorrow so i'll post a leg shot and update my diet and add my routine.

    I'v been eating more simple carbs. I'm ganna calculate everything tomorrow.

    On Monday and Wednesday I workout late at 10pm then get to bed at 2am. But I'm getting 8-10hours of sleep. My concern is what I'm eating after those 2 sessions. I have my 40g of Protein shake w/white pasta then 1hour later later "meal 2" with 1 extra breast, then 2 hours later, (before bed) cottage cheese.

    How much of my protein can come from protein shakes. Right now its about 90g from shakes.

    Another thing I haven't experienced sides yet from SD but anticipating. When do they usually start to pop up?

    a fat caliper with the pressure indicator. I got 10.5 from my walmart scale and 9.7 from the caliper. I didn't take the reading.

    My glute is swelling up and today I noticed 3" red area near the site.Its warm. Not itchy. Its Really sensitive and painfull when I sit and walk. Its been 3 days since the injection. I did legs 8 hours after that first injection and thats when it started to hurt. How long do i wait till I know somethings wrong because its more painful today.
