2/3 cup of oats (240Cals 40carbs 4g fat 8g pro) + 3 frozen strawberries +Cup of milk
Total = 58 Pro, 10Fat 46Carbs, 480 cals
Meal 2 730am 200g of boneless skinless chicken breast or
instead 2 egg western w/cheese milk (240 cal+ 17 Pro fat 28G) with a small 100 g chicken breast(15g pro 0f 0carb 70cals)
Total from this meal 310 cals 72g protein 26g fat 46 carbs
830 am snack Protein shake (55g Pro+2g Fat+ 6g Carbs 240 Calories from Protein ON gold standards) + banana (108 cals 27.65gcarbs 1gpro)
OR
Same protein shake and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese (240 cal+ 17 Pro fat ?)
Meal 3 1030am 230gm of boneless chicken breast (45Pro 2g Fat 0gCarb 160 cal) + a small sized sweet potato. (Cals 130 carbs 63.19g Fat 0.39 g Protein 4 g)
Total 280 cals 49g protein carbs 63g 0.39 fat
I will eat more chicken. As I now have 25lbs of it.
Meal 4) Lunch at 12 same as meal 3 but less potatoe
chicken (45Pro 2g Fat 0gCarb 160 cal) + sweet potatoe(100cal 40gCarbs 2 pro)
Total 47gPro 40G carbs 1G fat 260Cal ( need more fat? What could I eat)
I’m at 1678 cals, 224g protein 143g carbs 45g fat. Should I add some PB

My 2 other meals meals are basically going to be white pasta(85g = 300Cal 1gF, 11g Pro, 63gCarbs and sause and Mostly chicken andlean ground beef. tuna (no more than 60g) with hot sause, Pollock ( and mixed veggies with a bit of salsa.

I’m going for 40P 20 20 2500. Correct me here please. will drink 1 to 1.5 gal of water day.Correct me here please. I wan't to have a dead on diet for this cycle I have started.
