Hey everyone im a 23 year old male. Looking to gain some mass. I currenty weigh 168-170 depending on the time of day. Also 5"10 in height.
Here is my plan:
Taking the M1T Stacker 4-AD for 3 weeks.Breaking with small PCT. Then back on again for 3 weeks.
First week : M1T-10mg
Second and third weeks: M1T20mg per day (Once in morning other before sleep)
I have milk Thistle on hand also Nolv on the way if needed. I used M1T before with just milk thistle and a anti est. supp to help with levels. But to be safe gonna get the Nolv for this cycle.
Im looking to get to 180 pounds by the end of week 3.
Diet will look like this.
Breakfest egg whites 4 eggs or so. With a protien shake.
Lunch will be chicken with vegs (lots of greens)
Snacks: Yograt fruit Protien Shakes(Weigh Gainers)
Supper: Fish/chicken/steak/Pastas with rice and veg
More Snacks:
Glass choclate milk before sleep.
Also a crap ton of water I might add.
Looking to get in a lot of Carbs and protien. Looking to get in 3000-4000 Cals.Per day.
I will be posting up pictures tomorrow.(Before) and chat my progress per week.
Any advise or comments would be great. Will also keep me motivated. Thanks a lot.
