Im 21 5'10" 190lbs. Im starting winstrol and test.P(Both Injectable)... Im not sure how much to take, and im not sure what to take with it for joint care ect.... Some insight would be greatly appriciated.

so does no one give any advise to 21 y olds? to young means theres just gonna do it anyway with advise theyve seen on more mature threads... sounds safe
