    My first cycle ever...

    hi guys !

    well this is my first cycle ever, and yes iam freaked out due to the fact that every person i talk to gives me a tottaly diffrtent point of view regarding my cycle be it negative feedback or positive and im doing as much research as i can and hopefully im on the right track..

    im on my second week of Prop and primo (EOD) cycle is for 10 weeks. i also got some HGH but im not quite sure of when to take it exactly


    this is a picture of my gear..ill post a picture of myself before i started the cycle and post pictures of progress as well

    years training : 2 years, one of these years was serious gyming and proper diet.

    pct knowledge : well i got myself clomid and nolvadex .. according to what i researched i should start clomid 2 weeks after like last test shot ..and will take nolvadex if i see any signs of gyno


    well these 5 pens are all i have. each pen contains 5 hits 1.5 ML

    I would suggest you read the educational threads in the steroid q&a forum and i shall find you a link for your hgh..

    Its very important that you understand what each compound does, how it works and how your body may or may not react......

    Its also important to have a sound diet and training regiment so that you can maximize results. Set these things out and post your diet, training plan and full cycle in this thread. we shall all do our best to help as much as possible..

    thanks for the link i read it. and this is the tricky part regarding me, is that i bought the HGH and after i researched i found out that to make it out you should run a cycle for at least a couple of months to get its benefits yet our gym coach tells me this is more than enough(what i have) , i looked over the leaflet and it doesn't have how much IU these pens contain :S ...

    regarding my training i really do have very intense training and a very somewhat sound diet.keeping away from the fats , 6 meals a day high in protein..

    but from the picture of my current situation do you think im on the right track? or is there something you could point out that im lacking judging by your expertise ?


    iv been going through the forums form the morning reading articles and going over other people's thread trying to gather as much info as i can

    and again thanks a lot for guiding me , i deeply appreciate it

    Hgh in my opinion should be run for a minimum of 6 months to realise the full benefits..

    For fat burning 2/4ius every day and for adding muscle 6/10ius every day so either way you haven't got anywhere near enough...

    thanks again , ermmm i paid quite some money for that sad to know its all a waste

    just a question i was reading about primo being used to prop for a cycle, but the end sentence is what caught my attention that said "happen to like running it with testosterone propionate, but for convenience I would imagine most people would run it with Testosterone Enanthate, to keep dosing times the same (shooting it twice per week, in most cases)"

    im on prop and primo and i shoot them both every other day at the same time, is this okay ?

    If this is going to be your first cycle then stick to one compound, as you've mentioned test e would be a good start...

    We run one compound to begin with in order to see how our body reacts, If we suffer bearable sides then we can add another compound on the next cycle we run...

    If you ran more than one compound and suffered real bad sides then we wouldnt know which compound was causing those bad sides, common sense really...

    Imo all cycles should have test as a base so this is one reason why we run test as a first cycle...

    test only are great first cycles. maybe even a little d-bol in there would not hurt. you're on the right track just make sure u stay open to advise on here. nobody on here wants to see ya get hurt or become frustrated with fitness all together. don't know much about hgh, but i think the results u are looking for can be accomplished with good diet, exercise, and good reasonable doses of gear. good luck and keep us posted.
    oh by the way judging from the pick u should make great gains from the prop if everything else is in check.

    ill drop the primo do you suggest. Do i up my dosage of test to 150 instead of 100 EOD after i drop the primo ?

    got it sir.

    just a thing im curious about, now im getting "bloated" probably due to the fact of water retention in my body. but a friend of mine recommended i take nolvadex during the cycle just to stay away from gyno as a safety measure as in why wait for gyno effect then take it, but my remark is putting that aside if i take nolvadex now and it releases the water in my body what would happen ?

    well this picture is not intended to show progress but more of a concern that happens to really bring me down.

    since i have the picture up i might as well talk about my experience so far,well my chest certainly grew im working on shoulders and my hands as you can see they have no form. but my concern comes to my belly, i mean my diet is fat free,i have no carbs after 8PM i sweat alot throughout my day and im always active. But i cant seem to lose this little bit of fat or whatever it is on my belly which is covering up my abs, i do abs every other day for around 20 minutes and i feel them and when i pull my belly down i clearly see them. so what is this excess skin or fat ? and is this a job for cardio or what exactly ?

    its been a while

    so here are my updates .. im on week 7 of my test EOD 150 MG ..i started HGH 10 days ago im on 3IU now too early to see results but here is where i stand now
