do they sell oral syringes in pharmacies

or should I just pull the needle off a 0.5ml slin pin and use that

the cap top seems to be a non screw off type fixed cap with nozzle, so I just yank that mother****er off so I can draw from the oral syringe

There are some that are fixed or retractable. Those obviously are not exactly suitable for your needs. Most twist off; the needle. Leave the plastic cover over the needle and twist counter clockwise. If it does not twist off then forget it and go buy on of the children oral one at most any pharmacy
