    Keto Diet +Clen +Var

    hey!
i was just wondering, is it bad to use the keto diet when doing a cylce of clen and var? I was thinking mayb for the cholesterol reasons, as var can increase these already.

also i dont know how my body/liver will react to all this. AND i dont know how the drugs will preform with these macros

im only taking 10mg/day of var.

i know keto can be bad for losing muscle, but i would like to lose bf fast and keto is good for that. i will only be on it for 4-6weeks.

    thnx for your help.

Why not cycle your carbs so you can help preserve muscle and energy?

keto diets arent really popular anymore, at least imo,

as far as cholesterol, if you do blood work before, during and after and use supps like fish oil before meals along w/ policosanol should be fine,

I hope to god thats you in the avy if not at least a close representation.

clen wont impact your liver and 10mg of var is not too bad.

if your already lean, keto's arent the best choice.

i know keto is different then regular low carb diest but i think all of them are a bunch of crap no offense to anyone on them, but once you come off those diets the weight goes right back on quickly, and some gurl i agree with timtim you dont need it you are already lean i would choose a different diet

the reason i was thinking of doing it "temporarily" instead of your typical, is because it is known to lose fats the quickest and i want to see if i can still lean down in time for a competition. I dont think i will lose much muscle since im on the var?
just wondering if the var and clen will hate these macros or will they still work affectively.

i dont mid gaining the weight again, as my bf% is fine right now for an average day anyway.

    whatchya think?
drugs still work affectively? the carb up day wont be too hard on me/them?

I think you'll do better with a carb cycling approach over a Keto diet. As for Var, yeah, sure...that'll help...and as for Clen, I work with several figure competitors and some fitness girls, and they prefer Albuterol.

Hmm id like to update to this thread. The season year after post i did Var and a cutting diet adapted from dave palumbo's keto diet. I must say the results were awesome for me! I didnt take clen, and i dropped it the year before as well as i didnt like it. but i took an ug fat burner w albuterol in it called aboleo.

You look incredibly hot. Good job.

Personally, I think the Palumbo style keto diet is a much healthier and sustainable option than the filth I see most people eating on keto diets.

If you choose to run such a diet/cycle again; I'd actually encourage the use of clen as ketosis has a beneficial effect on keeping your beta receptors sensitive enough for the clen to be effective longer.

nah i like the albuterol better, works w the same receptors doesnt it?
hated the sides on clen. i took a diet pill called aboleo that has it in it, its pretty awesome. also has yohimbine, dmae, meridia

ya palumbo's is a much more stricter diet than regular keto. i did mine a lil different than him tho. my refeeds were different and peak week, and i didnt really incorporate protein/veg days much like he likes to do w the women. but it worked awesome. i won figure overall at the show

Maybe you could help me actually. I'm looking for a good non-ephedra based fat burner to use during the off-period durig clen cycle that does not effect those receptors.

    Congrats on the show.

I lost weight on Keto twice as fast as any low carb diet and I didn't even do cardio when I was on Keto and to comment on NYJ comment he is correct in that you can very easily put weight back on when you are off Keto, just make sure to slowly ease clean carb intake up every day when you decide to go off.

yes VERY easily. because your body is so carb sensitive. it was used to burning fat for fuel so when it is bombarded w all the extra it stores it fast. come off keto very slowly. by adding clean carbs in w each meal slowly.
when i came off i didnt do this, it was after a comp and i didnt care at the time. lol. gained 10lbs in a cpl weeks easy. one good thing about coming off keto is it is great for bulking/building
