Proper PCT help?

I am about to start my first cycle and it looks like this;
400 mg test cypionate ew for 10 weeks.
.25 mg arimidex ed until PCT
PCT starting 18 days after last shot of test. (Nolva, clomid?)

I was wondering what dose and what days to use nolva and clomid for PCT, as well as if I should use them both or one are the other. I am keeping this cycle light as it is my first, and I want to avoid any sides.

I like to use nolva and clomid at

clomid 70/35/35/35
nolva 40/20/20/20

good luck with your cycle. the adex can be used ed or eod if your not gyno prone.

That's exactly what it means....then 2nd week 35mg/day for clomid and 20mg/day for nolva.
