nice to see another young gun on here like myself, def makin some BIG gains dude, and its only been about a month for you! i would still do cardio (15min) post workout, except leg days, just to keep ur heart healthy and so you wont lose ur wind walking up stairs lol keep it up bro, ill def be checking in on this thread soon!
I've got a test E, M drol cycle lined up. I still have about about 15lbs im trying to lose before I start. Ill be watching.
I would like to take a look at your diet also.

thanks everyone, yes i have been meaning to take some back/arms/legs shots i just haven't had a chance to ask a friend to take them for me they will be up soon enough though! I go to the gym 5 days a week, and i have been doing 30 mins of low intensity cardio post workout, i recently lowered it to 3 days a week because i feel i will be able to stay lean, and gain more size this way what do you guys think? Ohhh and what BF% do you guys think I am in the most recent pic?

Thats why I love mdrol thats where all your gains are coming from since the cyp hasn't kicked in yet. But Mdrol gains are hard as **** to keep.
What was your dosage on the mdrol. Those where some pretty sweet gains from a PH.
I been cutting since mid feb. I've lost 25 labs so far. I could be done but I've been half assing it b/c cutting is terrible.... Anyway I started 10mg for 5 weeks to combat the muscle loss from the t3 I also just started taking. I really not expecting to much as far as gains on 10mg and 2000k diet +t3 +60 min cardio...but it would be so nice if I could gain the muscle back I've lost while cutting and still lose 15lbs of fat
How the progress going? Test kicked in yet?
Sorry I frown on people who start at 21 no matter how big you are and how good your diet is. Just my personal view.

sorry the link was dead, i fixed it.. I will have week 8 pic up on Monday, so far im loving every minute of this cycle everywhere i go people tell me how good i look and that i got huge, i <3 test hahaa and strength is just climbing up every week. Im in the middle of week 8 and i weigh 245 soiam up 15 pounds. Not sure on my BF% but i know its around 12%. I actually got sick this weekend (bacterial infection in my throat) and missed the gym monday, and messed up my diet because i t was so hard to swallow. but im on antibiotics starting to feel better, went to the gym today and did a light workout just to stay on track, And got my 6meals in. What do you guys do when you get sick on cycle?
