Is it normal to get really bad acne AFTER my cycle. I am just finishing off a deca/winny cycle and I am getting really bad acne. I expected it more when I was on, not coming off??

depends on how long your cycle was. if it was a short cycle the effects of your deca might have just kicked in.

actually it is quite possible, you using clomid for post cycle therapy?
use some neutrogena body wash with salicyclic acid 2% and a loofa and you will get rid of it in no time... if it really bothers you go to a dermo and get some antibiotics (minocycline, erythromycin, dynacin etc).
let us know the extent of it and your post cycle therapy meds

I am using clomid for post cycle. I was just curious as to why I would get bad acne at the end of the cycle when my test levels would be lower than when I was on (unless I am thinking wrong on that one??)

Happens to a lot of people I know. Myself included. I don't know if its a slight imbalance or just plain side effects. Get one of those bath brushes and scrub the shit out of yourself twice a day. That helped me.

high estrogen levels can do it to you. Since your hormones are trying to balance out right now you may be experiencing your body trying to "fix it self" basically.
get the netrogena stuff i said and get a loofa sponge and wash it 2x per day.
get back to us in a week if it hasnt cleared.
