Var/Tbol cycle and back pumps from Hell!

    48
    6ft, 180lbs
    Lifting my whole life.

Never cycled before and just started this Var/Tbol cycle with some liver protection, fish oil tablets, and some other vitamin supplements.

Started out 'lite' because I have never used AAS before and wanted to see how the first week went....glad I did. 40mg of each ED. 20mg in the morning, 20mg in the afternoon. This is my second day and I could barely walk my back hurt so much. I have read on here that Tbol can cause some back pumps but holy shit, this is almost crippling.

Do I lower the dose or just stop it completely? No experience with it.

    Suggestions?

I have since upped it and they have gotten less painful. Do I just need to drink more water now? I am also taking creatine with this as well and was drinking more water as a result, but it appears, if this is the problem, I need to drink a hell of alot more.

    Yes?

I'd drop the creatine, and I'd shoot for at least a gallon of water per day

exactly. I did the same. I was literally going to the bathroom more than I can imagine.

I never had any back pumps and I was running 80mg of var and 50mg of tbol. Wait until the end of the 2nd into the beginning of the 3rd week. Youll love it!!

Good luck and keep us posted!!!

Yeah, it was recommended by some posters that I try this stack. After some research, it looked good so I am trying it. I was just going to do a Var cycle and after these pumps, I am considering dropping the Tbol altogether and just doing that.

Ok, it appears Big nailed it. I dropped the creatine altogether and upped the water intake to as much as I can stand in a day (1 to 2 gallons) and the pumps are completely gone. Good call, Big. Thanks.

I have been taking my supplements just before my dinner and drinking a 1/2 gallon of water inside that hour that I take them. I am pissing like a race horse as a result, but the pain is all but gone now and todays workout was KILLER!!!

I am three days into this cycle and I AM seeing a change in my workouts now. My pump today was insane and my ability to keep working out was continuous. It was kind of scarey because I have never had that experience in my whole life. I kept inside my regime so as to not over due it, but I was able to lift everything I normally lift and do several more reps with relative ease.

I am going to keep the dosage at 40mg each ED. I like this alot. It is exactly what I was looking for.

The only sides, other than the immense pain from the back pumps on day two has been diarehhea and a bit of an upset stomach today, shortly after taking my dose. Other than that, it is going smoothly.

I have found you have to drink ALOT of water on this stuff but it is paying off. I am noticing the look you have when you are pumped up in the gym, stays with me alot longer after my workout is over and I am also sleeping like a baby. I had the day off and slept for 12 hours today. I can't remember the last time I did that.

    went great brother!

Finished pct about 2 weeks ago and still have the strength and then some! I guess its because I do not have those insane pumps that stopped me from lifting any heavier than I could, but now it seems to be much easier.

    Keep it going brother!!!

    Ill keep on checking in.......

What was your PCT? Did you use anything to help you keep your libido/test up?

I have not noticed a difference in my libido but do have some Tribulus I am taking and that seems to work well for me. I was planning on Nolva at 20/20/20 ED for three weeks for PCT depending on the amount of shutdown I experience. I also have some of that Testosterone Replacement package stuff from the Elite Fitness site coming my way to see if that helps keep things going for me during this cycle.

I have not experienced any increased aggression at all.

I have noticed I am a bit more tired after taking my Var/T bol the first couple times, but it seems to be getting better now. I am not as tired as I was. I also get diareah now and then, but it seems to be subsiding a bit more every day. I did have the back pumps which was clearly due to not drinking enough water because they are gone now. My workouts are amazing. I have never been able to get a pump like I have lately and it seems to last forever.

I also feel I am getting a bit more defined or seeing seperation in the muscle like I have never seen before as well. My deltoids are standing out more from my pecs now. Just noticed it today. The vascularity is starting to stay as well. I have veins in my forearms sticking out all day long now.

Pops and others say three weeks is the magic time frame. I can hardly wait until that time rolls around. It is going to be incredible. I am very happy with the early results right now.

in a nutshell : I only exp stomach/diar.on for a few days but not until week 6. I did get really tired every now and then but I faught through it. As for aggression, well I have kind of a short fuse to begin with ( which I am getting better at, lol! ).

My temper went through the roof! I got pissed at the smallest things and could not relax right away. When this would happen I would find an empty room at work and just start doing push ups and sit ups until I literally forget why I was mad.

For pct I would run ( just to be on the safe side ) nolva @ 40/40/20/20 and drop the tribulus. I think its garbage but its up to you. Your libido should start to come back during pct but get yourself some cialis for just in case...

Also, if you feel like your hunger drops, keep on eating. You need to feed the var!!

    Keep up the good work!!!

Felt a bit lethargic today. Probably because of my work day being so long. I did do everything I normally do in the gym and was able to handle heavier weights but felt a bit out of breath at the end of the sets. Not the best gym day overall.

Pumps are still crazy. Vascularity is improving. Strength seems to be picking up. Muscle seperation is getting better and noticeable and so is a leaner/harder look to my torso. Back pumps are all but gone. Been drinking 2 gallons of water a day to keep the soreness at bay.

I do seem to be sore and achey when I wake up in the morning and feel it is the lack of water intake due to sleeping. My urine is a darker yellow and this tells me I need more water. When I go to bed it is much lighter due to better hydration. After I eat and hydrate, I feel great.

One thing I have learned from this cycle is I really have to hydrate alot. Two gallons of water a day seems to be what is needed for me, in order to keep the aches away. I have also opted to take my cycle all at once. It is easier with my work schedule and allows me to eat and hydrate as needed to counteract the aches that will ensue if I don't. I will eat a meal, then take my cycle and try and drink a gallon of water in that hour. It is working well so far.
