    Arrow clen and muscle mass ???

    when you are on clen and are trying to cut, if you make sure you are getting 1.1g protein per pound body weight but you are cutting the carbs and fats down alot and doing more cardio, should you still be able to maintain the same muscle mass or would u loose muscle when cutting down on carbs and fats ? i am still training weights 3 times a week and getting plenty of protein but just cut down alot on cabs etc

    As long as your not eating too far behind TDEE, continue eating properly and training, you should lose very little lean mass if any.
