for me it's way less, I do get soreness but it's during workout and post-workout for 2-3 hours I have hard time moving what I trained,
only way I get soreness is if I high rep new exercises that target muscles that i've never directly hit before.
Less sore, less recovery time, bigger pumps, more reps, heavier weights, more sex
