Suggestions Please!
Sorry for the long post from a newbie, but I desperately need help. I am 33 years old, 6’ 209lbs, 17.6% Body Fat and 37lbs of Fat. I’m not sure if the creatine I take is affecting my fat test results, since I was closer to 16.4% (Still high) about a month ago before starting the creatine. I have been working out since I was 15. In high school, I played football and also did shot put and discus. I weighed my most just after graduating high school at 265lbs (Lots of muscle, with a decent amount of fat around the waist). After that, I was sick of weighing so much and decided to RUN, RUN, and RUN! This was a bad idea, since that’s all I did; I completely stopped lifting weights and ended up at 170lbs of mostly muscle. However, I felt I was way too skinny. So, I decided to gain some more weight by eating more (clean foods) and starting to lift weights again. Since then, I have never been able to get back into shape at the weight I wanted to be at which is anywhere from 210lbs to 225lbs. I have been fluctuating up and down in weight about 10lbs. I am not very mobile throughout the day, so I don’t waste much energy. I am sitting all day at work, and workout at my lunch hour at the gym at work. I need lots of help, since I’ve tried most supplements and different types of workouts. My diet is also good, as far as I can tell. See below for my current meals and calorie amounts. I am starting this week on doing a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, which is very low in carbs during the week, and loads up on carbs for one or two days on the weekends. The reason I’m doing this now, is because I want to jump start some fat loss, and because I seem to be very carb sensitive.
What I would like to know is, what can I do different that I haven’t already done? I believe that I am well informed when it comes to exercise and nutrition but just might not be applying them the right way. I currently am taking creatine, Glutamine, BCAAs, and Protein Shakes. I am considering doing Anavar (Once I find a source) because it is the least harming of most steroids out there. From research that I have done, this seems to be the best and safest steroid out there for my goals. I am looking to gain some muscle, get a more solid look, and lose the remaining fat I have. Any help is much appreciated.

-Heavy weight, Low Reps? Moderate weight, high volume? Both?
