will you losee all or most of you gain after quiting roids?

supposing you gain all the weight you always wanted and you choose to quit and simply keep a proper meal and workout; in other words natural; will you lose the gains from roid eith all, most or some;about how muchweight would it be;in how much time;is it extremely hard to keep?

Roids bump food eficiency, of course if you quit it eating the same you will loose something, how much depends the much you eat
Also roids are anti-catabolic, so even bumping your food intake to the top you will loose something too
Anyway, i know a lot of guys who quit completely and stills very big

well the thread answered most of my answer nice..but it refers mostly for average size people with enormour load of muscle (250lb muscle) which even i can tell very few people who ainttall can have naturally so even less mantain.

But i meant (didint specify) a more normal weight for example 175lb with around 10 bf % on a 5.8-6.0 hight person nothing that extreme. would in a case like that it be mantainable?I know roid r suppose to be done when u reach limit wich it is mostly said to be like 200lb but supposing some1 did to reach around 175-180lb and assuming he has a meal plan with the proper amount of nutrients to mantain that weight wich i guess is liek 2g of prot per weight, etc and a proper weight training

you can maintain your maximum genetic potential. Around 190-210 lbs at 10% BF for a normal person 5'8-6'

after that natural cataboly combined to workout anabolic are equal.

The bottom line is this OP...once you've reached your natural genetic potential...you can do all the roids you want, but once you're off, you'll go back to that natural genetic potential...that's why a lot of guys (who've reached that limit) decide to stay on roids forever so they can keep that extra 20-30lbs. What you're talking about, however, is different. If you do a cycle and gain 20-30lbs, you're gonna lose some of it for sure once you go off, but if you eat right, train right, and do a proper pct...there's no reason you can't keep at least half of that. The nice thing about it is...even though you lose that 10-15lbs...if you keep training hard and eating right...you're muscle memory will kick in and you should be able to get back most of what you lost in a matter of months without being on.

Tell your neighbor muscles NEVER turn into fat. Fat cells just gets bigger and muscles atrophy. However, once you have built your muscle tissue you always have to potential to build them back up. The thing that people don't realize is that most people who cycle study their bodies, diet, steroids, rest, etc. very carefully. They know more about eating, resting, building than your neighbor. Even if they get off of steroids that knowledge stays with them for a better lifestyle. I think there is more to steroid users than just muscles. It's emotional growth, if done right.
