Hey fellas
I'll try to explain this as best i can so bear with me. my right shoulder has been bothereing me pretty bad over the past few weeks. i can raise my elbow like if i were going to throw a right cross with almost no pain. but if i try to raise me arm like im throwing an uppercut i cant get my fist past my chin level it is excrutiating!!!!
also in the DB press position if i have my hands in as close as possible (almost directly over my shoulders) they dont bother me. but if i try to extend my hands any further out my i am in agony in my shoulder.
also if i try to grab a gallon of milk or something heave with my arm outstretched it feels like its pops out and i can kinda hear a muffled suction noise almost.
Anyone have anything like that or have any ideas whats goin on? i have a call into a top shoulder ortho but the appt is afew weeks off. Thanks guys. Healthy lifting.
