Im not sure it this is related to lifting or my long ago activities but sometimes not after chest days the left side of my chest will feel like i have slightly pulled a muscle. But when i press on the front of my chest there is no pain but directly behind it on my back feels sore. It feels like there is a tight ball in my chest that goes from the front to the back. I went to the doc and got xrays and an ekg. They said that everything the saw was fine and i was healthly and the thought it might just be a muscle but its been going on for a while now so id just like to know ya'lls opinion.
i want to start a cycle here soon but i just want to make sure everything is good to go from the start
