    Object in my tritest

    Hi guys,

    2ml done of this and ive noticed what looks like a strip of plastic in the oil, i managed to get it against the side to take photo's. Is this common atall?

    It's really hard to see anything in your photo but no there should be nothing in there but the oil

    I see some kinda fingerprint in the first picture buy that's it. Anyways bio answer the question

    I think that is his finger pushing against the vial on the other side

    Sorry, its hard to see as i dont have an editing app. The piece of what looks like plastic is on the side of the bottle out of the oil, on the photo where u can see a finger print on the glass its to the right of that, a long straight object (2mm)

    Could your gear be crashing?

    I have no idea what that would look like and I have never needed to deal with that. Only reason y I ask is because I have read it on this forum before.

    This isn't crashed gear. It looks like a piece of rubber or plastic. Probably when they sealed the vial a piece came off the stopper. I would scrap it and use a new vial, no point in taking more chances than we have to with the gear.

    Thanks I was actually waiting to see if beginning of crashed gear could be the answer. Haha,

    I had a floater in one of my vials a few month ago, i contacted my source about it, they give me an address to return it to and sent me a replacement out.

    I wouldnt use it, but rather than bin it, its probably worth talking to your source about a replacement

    if your source won't replace it, id filter it into a new sterile vial
