in a year and a half i have lost 95lbs
currently at 195lbs 24%bf down from about 36%. these numbers are from an electric scale so not sure of accuracy, but the is the trend of change either way.
I start my day at 4am in the gym (i have a crappy schedule)
5 day work out
shoulder
arms
legs
back
chest
cardio 45 min after weights and 45 min on the 2 non weight days.
after weights is Protien shake 180 cal 1.5 fat 4.5 carb 36 protein
6am meal
1 cup egg whites 132 cal 1 fat 31 carb 2 protein
9am
Protien shake 180 cal 1.5 fat 4.5 carb 36 protein
3 table spoon chia seeds
12pm
8 oz Chicken 367 cal 8 fat 68 protein
3 cups broccolli or cauliflower 120 cal 0 fat 16 carb 4 pro
3pm
1.5 cup fat free cottage cheese 120 cal 0 fat 7 carb 20 pro
6 pm
8 oz Chicken 367 cal 8 fat 68 protein
