    !st Cycle

    Hey guys, i just started my first cycle...im doing tren ace 75mg eod, test prop 100mg eod....im plannin to do 10 weeks....throwing dbol in the mix @ 50mg ed, would that be too much?? Im 28 yrs old, 5'9 175lbs tryin to get up to 190...

    5 MEALS A DAY: 3 SERVINGS PROTEIN @ 52g ea. , 2 over easy eggs breakfast, tuna on wheat, 1 grilled chicken breast 1 cup brown rice, salad, steak and brown rice or sweet potatoe for dinner....some days its chicken breast all day wit brown rice lol

    Ok, thats a start. Now, post up your diet for me in more detail. I will provide a template, and you can fill in the blanks for me. Put up the macros, times that you eat each meal, any supps you may take and so on...

    Now, I list only 4 meals to save page space, but you can add on as you need.

    Meal 1:

    Why are you taking tren on your first cycle? who on earth told you to do that? From your stats and goals i dont think you need steroids IMHO just re-design your diet.

    That is a horrible first cycle.

    Tren is not something to play with. It is recommended for after you have a few cycles under your belt.

    Also EOD injections can be troublesome for someone who has never injected.

    Dbol for 10 weeks will be hell on your liver. Most guys use it as a kickstart to cycles involving long esters because you wont actually notice the results from those esters for a few weeks.

    You need to step back and research. From your stats i think you could definitaly put on some LBM without AAS. Work on your diet then got to AAS.

    A first cycle should consist of only Test, usually a long ester like cyp or Test E, and a kickstart for the first 4 weeks with dbol can be used. You do not know how your body responds to certain compounds so if you just start off running three on a first cycle then start experiencing sides, how do you know which is doing it? You wouldnt be able to change waht is needed because there are too many factors

    Well, here is the thing.... if you want maximum growth, you need to know the details of your diet. If you go into a diet only eating popular 'muscle building' foods, odds are you are prob not getting what you really need. You need to have this down to the details if you want to get results.

    Just try to find out all the info, and then repost your diet for me. Lets try and do this the best way.

    thank you Noles....well for the good part, i have'nt experienced any sides except for some pimples on my chest and back and couple on my face, and the insane hard-ons lol oh and BTW im 4 weeks in but have'nt added Dbol....just Tren and Prop

    I would save the dbol for later on since you have already started
