    Nice work bro...quads have good mass and look seperated!!! Keep your body fat low and try to put some lean body mass on that frame...would love to see you at the same body fat around 170 lbs.

    This is the build that many people are going for, myself included. Some people prefer hulk like mass, which is awesome, but I prefer to attempt this build. Nice work, bro.
