    confused on gyno

Have been researching and fine different conflicting answers on gyno reversal, I know that when ur nipples start feeling itchy, or getting hotflashes, that is the first sign of gyno, but what to take, would nolva or clomid suffice, or would I need an AI inhibitor

Yes I have read that artlicle, but the I heard that nolvadex will stop gyno and you won't have any problems with it, and let me make this clear, I do not have gyno, I am trying to learn as much as possible before my next cycle, and don't want to waste money on an AI unless I absolutely needed it

If your gyno prone then you need to take an ai during cycle. Your question is kinda vague.

I prefer to use an ai during cycle, and save the nolva for pct.

sorry for being so vague, i guess what i am asking is since i planned on purchasing nolva and clomid for pct, if signs of gyno start to occur, and i jump on them real fast, would using nolva stop the problem, or would i need an AI. I have done a test e cycle before and had no problems with gyno, or acne, but just want to make sure if something does happen i will be ready
