Dizzy; lite headed while take deep breath?

This isn't really a steroid related question i just find it weird that over the past 2 years i have gotten myself in the best shape of my life but If I Take a deep breath or hold my breath more than a few seconds I feel faint. Anyone else have these type feeling?

I was thinking that it may have something to do with red blood cell count? Even tho I haven't taken any steroids or anything?
