I am not on cycle....never have been....
BUT I have these white things on my forehead (not zits) that can't be squeezed and they're starting to piss me off - I want the cleaner look.
In white light it's very visible
I have sensitive skin and I fear if I cleanse it with commercial products
1) it wont do its job and
2) it will fill my face with redness, making it look worse.
I wash my face with soap ed - and I still have it.
Other than soap, I have never used anything consistently.
Again, you cannot squeeze it - just white dots ; I have no idea what they are.
What can I do to remedy the situation?
