I was a fat 200 lbs 5'8". I dropped a lot of weight to 168 lbs and was small looking at that weight and build. I started lifting and eating better and after a while went on my first cycle. I hit a max weight of 195 in the cycle some fat some muscle gains. I began cutting after being really unhappy watching my 150 lb friends bag girls like nobodies business meanwhile I got the you look muscular comments from people but not the lean hot look I was going for. Whatever. I am 175 right now and look considerably better than I did back several months ago when I was 168 lb shrimp. Noticeable improvements all over I may post before and after pics once i start and finish a short Clen cycle.
Ok so when I was ~190 on the treadmill I would punch in grade max out at 15 and speed to 3.0. This would send my heartrate to about 140.
Today at 175 I step on the treadmill and the same thing only pushes my heart rate to 120 or less.
Is it because I lost weight? Is it possible substances are effecting my blood pressure or whatever determines your heart rate? I am taking UDCA one tab a day, taking nolva and clomi every day for pct, taking accutane about to begin wk 3 of it, started creatine not long ago, think thats it.
