I'd suggest you get some more test and spend more time researching.
The blunt truth is you won't benefit from 10ccs of C. At least not so much in the muscle building department. You'll get a slight jump in libido and you have enough to shut your natty test levels down so PCT would be required. Not worth it.
How much is needed for a solid cycle? I was told 1cc a week to start off would be ok. I am asking on the forum because local sources obviously don't know. Thanks

But a typical beginner cycle would be between 300-500mg/wk.
Studies have shown that one needs a minimum dose of 300mg/wk to build muscle, so I wouldn't go lower than that.
But 1cc means nothing to us, we'd have to know the concentration of your gear (200mg/ml?)
