Smile I'm new, Any suggestions will be helpful...

Hello all. I was looking for some help or any suggestion really to get me started. My goal is to lose just a little bit of fat in the usual unwanted areas and tone up everything else with a flat stomach. I'm 24yrs old. I'm 5'6" about 136lbs and need some help with making diet foods better and also some weight training tips. I do cardio at least 3 times a week and weight training about 5-6 times a week. I have an idea of where I want to be. I'm highly motivated and just really need a push in the right direction. Any suggestions are welcome. I was thinking of trying clen but I have heard a lot of people saying the weight just comes back 2 fold within a couple of months. Any ideas? Thanks Again.

    Welcome
I wouldn't consider clen until you are certain your diet and training are perfected.

the weight comes back because most people dont change their diet, they only loose the water weight in the beginning, not fat. Also if you dont know how to eat correctly and diet by starvation as soon as you stop the starvation yes your body will store even more fat.

Learn to eat 5-6x a day or even more. Eat every 2 hrs or more. Your body will get use to not being hungry and it will stop storing the fat naturally. I did this and dropped 30 lbs in about 3+ months without even trying.

Keep a supply of GOOD food around you so you always eat healthy. You dont have to try to change everything at once. Start by eating more often and better. Dont try to do to much at one time or you will get disappointed. Drink lots of water also of course.

Cardio is always good. As for weight training light weights and more reps for toning. Form, form, form. Learn to lift right. I see 99% of girls who dont know how to lift. Always use slow smooth full motion. Use google/youtube to learn how to do some of the exercises you like. Look at the full range of motion.

Welcome! I'm no help on the clen but, my trainer was key to getting me going in the right direction. Diet, weight training, cardio - all of it.
    Good Luck!

Welcome to the board! Head over to the diet section so we can help you sort yours out. Until you have that licked, don't even bother with clen or anything else.
