Stopping bone growth?

Hello.

I have always heard that steroids are stopping bone growth, in length and width. Is this true? If it is, what about all those that started early (Arnold), they don't look very underdeveloped.

estrogen caused by aromatizing aas causes the growth plates to close.

well arnold was 6'' when he was 15 years old just before he used aas so i guess he was lucky.
