Working out for a while but had a year or so break in there
Goals: lean mass and get around 10%bf(diet and cardio)
1-12: 500mg prop weekly. shoot eod
1-12: Hcg 250iu x2 week
13-17:Tore - 120/120/60/60/60
13-17:Tamox - 40/20/20/20/20
Adex on hand if gyno shows its ugly tits.
I'm fine with just this cause I know I get great gains on test but I thought I could branch out a bit just to add a little something.
My buddy swears by eq and thinks I should throw some eq in @ 200weekly. 1-12. I think this sounds like a good idea and its nothing crazy. Plus he did well with it from what I've seen. He advised against primo

Tren @ 200weekly. 3-12. But I saw that its recommened that I go with t3 and that endurance running is a problem and I enjoy running. This is my adventerous side talking here.
In all honesty ill prob do what my friend said and maybe add some t3, maxing at around 60mg. 6-12.
